I bought 3 (broke one) and want to replace it but also want to gift these to othees. Amazon does not have them instock and tey don't know when it will become available again.
The lid does seal tightly. The glass easily holds up to gas stove use, then immediately out to the enclosed porch in the Winter to cool the tea down.
The foam brush is a joke, please save the money and not include it with future inventory.

I really like this teapot. It looks pretty and it is also very practical. I got it from Amazon. Tea is kept warm by the candle but if you don't want to use it, you can simply put the pot on your table.

I looked everywhere for a solid glass pitcher and found this Pykal at Walmart. I’ve only made pineapple juice in it, but the juice stays extremely fresh. I did clean it in the dishwasher and it came out sparkling clean with no signs of stress. I just love this pitcher and for summer plan on purchasing another.

While visiting Seattle for Thanksgiving my daughter introduced me to an induction ready whistling teapot. I've been using a small kettle and standing by until its boiling. What a treat to untether from the stove and hear the nostalgic sound of the teapot whistling, "I'm ready."
Well constructed and the stainless & black version enhances our kitchen back here in Minnesota.

Worked well for a couple of years but now not staying hot. The lid isn't keeping a tight seal anymore. Any way to get a replacement for the silicone seal?

I love these pitchers, ordered two...one for water and one for Iced Tea. Accidentally dropped one and broke it on my tile floor, so promptly ordered a replacement. I love that I can put hot tea and ice cubes in the pitcher and not have to worry about it breaking.

My friends like the pitchers so much, a couple of them have ordered these pitchers as well.

Worthless piece of ****. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Save your money!

Although the instructions are awesome, the whistle part is below par.
Don’t get me wrong I think the kettle is well constructed and holds heat better than the old model kettles. I just wish for maybe a better sealing system for the lid so steam doesn’t escape which in turn would make the whistle being able to be heard. Whistle is very soft and I personally cannot hear it .

Had it for almost a week and keeps the water hot nearly all day. Very nice.

Unit did come with a dent on the side so I thought about checking warranty. Registration site is broken, and support graphic says to call [****] which is a nonsense number.

Thinking mayhaps I don't have warranty?

I’m in love with the technology of this kettle! The material seems sturdy and good at covering the burner, making for a rapid boil.
Unfortunately, the release button on the top popped out quickly and renders the kettle dangerous to use. The water comes to a boil but will not pour until the top flap is opened, causing steam to release as I have tried to use it. Due to the position of the handle, pouring is risky when it is filled with boiling water.
I haven’t been able to get the required fotos to Customer Service, so the pot has to be replaced. Too bad 😦

Love it , I would rather find a way to fix the seal on pour spout to carafe than return it. If I try the warranty gets voided per instructions. If I knew it was threaded I could find a suitable food grade seal. Probably doesn’t matter if made in china they would not use food grade seal anyway.

I bought this in an effort to save electricity in view of the ever rising costs of energy. It takes the same time to boil a full kettle as my super-fast electric kettle, but my smart-meter hardly moved. Win!
In addition, I love the free tea infusers which will encourage me to use less tea bags ; the used tea leaves can go on the compost heap. Last but not least, it looks beautiful and does absolutely everything it says, cool handle, cool to look at. Thank you!
